Andy Funk is Copley’s Executive Vice President. In this capacity, Andy is responsible for the entire professional staff at Copley including, staff development and education, product development and engagement planning and execution and quality control. He is also an active participant in numerous projects lending extensive insight and experience in the areas of business and operations management. Andy is considered one of the foremost CSI – SyteLine experts in MRP and Advanced Planning & Scheduling. Prior to joining Copley, Andy was the Division Manager for the Advanced Component and Filter Subsystem Division of Filtronic PLC, a high-tech company engaged in the design and manufacture of mission critical, state of the art microwave and communication equipment for the Space and Launch Vehicle, Military and Aerospace, Commercial Telecom infrastructure and Medical industries. Additionally, having authored the program approved by U.S. State Department to allow a U.K. based company to operate a U.S. business division maintaining a U.S Facility Security Clearance, Andy served as the Special Security Oversite authority and Deputy Technology Control Officer responsible for compliance to U.S. Export Control and Security Regulations, reporting to the companies, U.S. State Department assigned, U.S. Board of Directors and the US Defense Security Agency. During his years 27 years in Aerospace, he held numerous positions in Manufacturing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineering, Production Control and Inventory, Product Line Management, and Director level positions in Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Contract Management, and Division Management. Andy was a specialist in Government contract management through DCMA and DCAS as well as other regulated industries. Andy has authored, achieved certification and managed multiple Quality and Program management systems in accordance with governmental, industry and international standards. Andy attended Framingham State University and Northeastern University for Finance and Operations Management.
