Shannon Forsythe is the EVP & General Manager of Copley Consulting and also serves as EVP of ERP Strategy and Transformation for Judge Consulting Group. She is responsible for leading strategy initiatives, supporting our clients, and driving complex enterprise transformation programs. In this role Shannon leads Copley Consulting Group, focusing on growth and strategic direction while strengthening ERP advisory services, client success, and partner engagement.
Shannon brings more than twenty years of experience across enterprise sales leadership, partner ecosystems, and ERP driven transformation. Shannon’s professional career started as customer going through an ERP selection, transitioned to a role at solution channel partner, and continued at Infor as a global operations leader. She is widely recognized for her twelve plus year tenure at Infor, where she partnered with enterprise clients and strategic partners to drive growth and guide large scale ERP initiatives. Shannon is a result driven leader with a strong track record of aligning business and technology strategy with execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.
