Martin E. Judge, III

CEO

Mr. Martin E. Judge, III is the Chief Executive Officer of The Copley Consulting and Judge Groups. Mr. Judge joined The Judge Group in 2005 and has worked in a variety of roles over 13+ years, gaining a deep understanding of the company and the professional services industry. He started at Judge as a Technical Recruiter for the IT Staffing division before moving into to the role of Resource Manager of the SAP Practice for the Consulting division. Mr. Judge was promoted to VP, Emerging Markets in 2009, helping to launch Judge China, as well as rebuilding the West Coast operations. In 2014, Mr. Judge became Executive Vice President, Operations overseeing the expanding national and international footprint of The Judge Group as well as enterprise-wide delivery and operations. Throughout this period, he helped establish Judge India as a key strategic component of the company’s global delivery model and built out three national recruiting centers in North Carolina, Florida, and Arizona. Mr. Judge was named the company’s second CEO in January, 2017 and today oversees the organization’s operations and strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Judge received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Delaware.

John T. Battaglia

President

As the President and Chief Technology Officer of The Copley Consulting and Judge Consulting Groups, my role is to oversee delivery for our project-based application solutions portfolio, while also supporting Judge’s mid-market clients by streamlining their vendor management and human capital management efforts. I have been working in the software industry for over 20 years and have completed extensive solutions development work in the areas of commercial software product development and enterprise IT architecture design & planning. I serve as an interim CTO for startups to small/medium size companies to drive company culture, IT strategy, and transformation; as well as act as a technical advisor to private equity and venture capital firms. Before joining Judge I worked in a range of technical leadership positions at multiple high profile Healthcare and IT firms. It was in those roles that I was able to help with the development, implementation, and delivery of numerous next-generation technical applications and services required to support both the Healthcare and Information Technology industry. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University.

J. Andrew Funk

Executive Vice President

Andy Funk is Copley's Executive Vice President. In this capacity, Andy is responsible for the entire professional staff at Copley including, staff development and education, product development and engagement planning and execution and quality control. He is also an active participant in numerous projects lending extensive insight and experience in the areas of business and operations management. Andy is considered one of the foremost CSI - SyteLine experts in MRP and Advanced Planning & Scheduling. Prior to joining Copley, Andy was the Division Manager for the Advanced Component and Filter Subsystem Division of Filtronic PLC, a high-tech company engaged in the design and manufacture of mission critical, state of the art microwave and communication equipment for the Space and Launch Vehicle, Military and Aerospace, Commercial Telecom infrastructure and Medical industries. Additionally, having authored the program approved by U.S. State Department to allow a U.K. based company to operate a U.S. business division maintaining a U.S Facility Security Clearance, Andy served as the Special Security Oversite authority and Deputy Technology Control Officer responsible for compliance to U.S. Export Control and Security Regulations, reporting to the companies, U.S. State Department assigned, U.S. Board of Directors and the US Defense Security Agency. During his years 27 years in Aerospace, he held numerous positions in Manufacturing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineering, Production Control and Inventory, Product Line Management, and Director level positions in Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Contract Management, and Division Management. Andy was a specialist in Government contract management through DCMA and DCAS as well as other regulated industries. Andy has authored, achieved certification and managed multiple Quality and Program management systems in accordance with governmental, industry and international standards. Andy attended Framingham State University and Northeastern University for Finance and Operations Management.

Jim Reilly

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jim Reilly is Copley’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this capacity, Jim is responsible for leadership of the company’s senior team of solution consultants, business development managers and sales professionals. Jim and his team are passionate about bringing industry-focused solutions which are transformational for Copley’s clients. Jim joined Copley after a successful tenure as a Vice President at Infor where he served as Copley’s liaison to the company. Prior to Infor, Jim held senior leadership positions at SAP and HP among other prominent technology companies. His career has been dedicated to building long term partnerships to achieve customer success. When he is not with customers, Jim enjoys volunteering at local youth sports organizations. He has held board positions as well as served as commissioner for multiple years, but his most coveted title (besides Dad) is coach. Jim is a graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania and continued his education in Harvard’s ManageMentor program and is a Certified Channel Management Professional.

Jennifer G. Gardner

Vice President of Finance

Jen is The Copley Consulting Group's Vice President of Finance. She leads the accounting, financial reporting, and administrative functions for Copley. Prior to joining the company, Jen worked as an internal auditor for United Natural Foods, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. Jen began her accounting career as an auditor for Sansiveri, Kimball, & Co., a regional public accounting firm based in Providence, RI. Jen has been an active Rhode Island Certified Public Accountant since 2009. She attended the University of Rhode Island where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting.

Michael Lee

Vice President of PMO & Operations

Michael Lee is the Vice President of PMO & Operations of The Judge Consulting Group and The Copley Consulting Group. An Experienced SCRUM Certified Principal Project Management Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in application development and infrastructure project management. 10 years’ experience in Mobile Application Development, Strategic Planning, Technical Support, Change Leadership, & Agile Principles. Strong program and project management professional, delivering the required management to project teams enabling successful delivery and positive outcomes.

Robert Rosenbaum

Director of Consulting Services

Rob Rosenbaum is the Director of Professional Services with The Copley Consulting Group. With the responsibility of senior level program management, Rob has significant experience in managing complex projects across multiple vertical sectors, including FDA regulated industries.  He is a results driven strategist and program manager with a finance and operations executive background. Rob has held every increasing senior-level positions as CEO, CFO, and COO with manufacturing, distribution and service organizations.  He is a former Managing Director of a Venture Capital Fund.Rob is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He also received an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Columbia University.

Lisa DuBreuil

Director of Client Services

Lisa is the Director of Client Services at The Copley Consulting Group.  Leading Client Services she is engaged in implementation projects starting with client onboarding and continuing through the project coordinating resources and services delivery through go-live.  Lisa is an integral part of ongoing client relationships and the first person called by clients when they need support.  In this capacity, she continues to coordinate efforts for ad hoc consulting, enhancement requests, and any other questions or needs a client has. Prior to joining Copley, Lisa held various roles in operations, client service, and relationship management at State Street Corporation spanning over 23 years. Lisa is a graduate of Emmanuel College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics

Holly Mason

Director of Sales

Holly Mason is Copley’s Director of Sales. Holly’s role is to promote the value that Infor and Copley solutions bring to existing and new clients. She loves having discussions with clients about their success with the solutions that they implement. Holly has worked within the Infor ecosystem for over 20 years, having had roles in implementation consulting, training, management, and sales. Prior to that, Holly worked at a manufacturing company for 6 years in many different roles including leading the ERP solution implementation. On weekends, Holly enjoys home improvement projects and gardening. She also loves bringing new life back to antique furniture.

Tom Martin

Director of Solution Consulting

Tom Martin is Copley’s Director of Solution Consulting. In this role, Tom is responsible for working with prospective and existing clients to understand their business model and provide solution recommendations based on industry best practices. Tom’s first decade with Copley was focused on implementing the Infor SyteLine ERP suite with new clients. For the past decade and a half, he has been leveraging his deep application knowledge and industry expertise to architect targeted solutions for manufacturers and distributors. Prior to joining Copley, Tom spent several years in operations for an industrial manufacturer as a SyteLine power user.
